Hide and Seek
They tell me that Einstein Dropped out of school for a gap year. He got Bored with the busywork and the red tape. He said instead I will visit the sea. Everybody knows doing nothing is the Best way to get anything done, Chasing ideas around and around the sun. Seems like sunlight is a bagful of ping pong balls Except for when it behaves like a wave... Hide and seek, I wanna do it all by myself. Don't give all the answers away. Hide and seek, We all want to sleep with some leftover mystery At the end of the day. Everybody knows that time bends and stretches, That the only catch is when she looks at you With those big blue eyes It seems there is no time at all. Everybody knows we catch what the Universe throws, whether it's Ping-pong balls or these Waves that emerge from the sea. Every answer reveals another curtain of mystique.
